The record shows heavy signs of wear and may not be playable in some sections. There may be significant surface noise, scratches, and skips or jumps. The album cover may be heavily damaged, with significant ring wear, seam splits, writing, or tape.
Poor (P):
The record is heavily damaged and may not be playable. The album cover may be heavily damaged or missing.
